U.S. immigration laws must be equal and just for all nations

The current trajectory in immigration reform is an idealistic bad dream, in which the illusion of masses of illegal immigrants who flooded at will into America, would then be whimsically swept from the “shadows” of their unlawful entry, and then suddenly and magically transform our economy, legitimize the chaos and cleanse our national souls. Not to mention the very huge increase in Democrat voters.

This would be an irreversible wrong! Rather than continue to roll over on our backs and bless this outrageous failure of government, over multiple administrations, to control our Southern borders against the mass onslaught of human migration of illegal immigrants, it is time to aggressively reverse this grossly inexcusable negligence and begin to heal the tragic economic damage and injustice to the American taxpayers and the great political injustice which has been committed against America by this egregious failure of government.

If there is to be sensible immigration reform let it predominantly focus on identifying these illegal immigrants and planning systematically for their humane return to their country of origin. To not do so only perpetuates a disdainfully gross discrimination and an immensely harmful bias in our nation’s current immigration laws, only to cover up the failure of government to deal in the first place with massive swarms of illegal immigrants from across the Southern border. All the while holding large numbers of law abiding stand- in- line immigrants from other nations to an entirely different standard, which an incompetent U.S. federal government then strictly enforces.

Americans must demand significantly more from their government, and adamantly and vehemently demand the fair and equal application of its immigration laws to all immigrants, regardless to the inconvenience it might cause. The rule of law is fundamentally much more important to our society than is allowing the government and illegal immigrants to violate the existing laws and make a mockery of U.S. justice.
