Congress warns Iran against reaching agreement with Obama administration without Congressional approval

With a number (47) of GOP senators’ submittal of a letter to the top Iranian clerical leadership, the U.S. finally has engaged a broader array of inputs to the Iran nuclear negotiations. The Obama administration has long used its comprehensive and unchecked powers in the Executive Branch to unilaterally impose its questionable policies on the American population regardless of polls showing a growing weariness with these policies. Now that the dynamics of political power have shifted to the Republicans in the government we should expect and welcome an assertive thrust by the Republicans in the direction of new policies that toughen our national posture and demand more attention and respect than inured to the Obama White House during the past several years.
